Sutherlands Loyalty Scheme

Get rewarded for your loyalty! We offer three different loyalty schemes for our hair clients; Hair Loyalty Card, Treat Card and Gents Loyalty Card.

Here are our loyalty schemes explained:

Hair Loyalty Card
We are offering clients, who visit us for regular Cut & Blow Drys or a Hair Colour service, a loyalty card that is to be used within 12 months and gives discounts on future appointments.

  • How does the ‘Hair Loyalty Card’ work?
    If you spend £39 or more on your hair service you will receive a date stamp on your card. Once you have collected 4 stamps (within your 12 month period) you will receive a 15% discount off your total bill. When you have collected 8 stamps (within your 12 month period) you will receive a 25% discount off your total bill. 
  • What is the expiration date on my ‘Hair Loyalty Card’?
    Your card will start on the date given of the first stamp. You will then have 12 months from that date to collect the stamps.
  • What if I collect more than 8 stamps within the 12 months?
    Once you have collected 8 stamps you can ask for a new ‘Hair Loyalty Card’. Your new ‘Hair Loyalty Card’ will then begin from the NEW date stamp on your card.
  • Do I have to use the same stylist to collect stamps?
    No, you can move between different stylists and collect stamps as long as your individual service is more than £39.
  • What if I forget to bring my ‘Hair Loyalty Card’?
    If you forget to bring your card then our receptionist will sign and date your receipt. The next time you come to the salon please present this to reception who will then update your card for you.
  • Can I give my ‘Hair Loyalty Card’ to someone else?
    No, this non transferable.
  • If I have a ‘Treat Card’ can I have a ‘Hair Loyalty Card’ also?
    No, you forfeit your ‘Treat Card and any points accumulated will be zeroed.

Treat Card
Our Treat Card offers clients the chance to collect points automatically for every £ spent on a service.  These points can then be used in the salon to purchase products. Please note this is done via the salon system and there is no physical card.

  • How does the ‘Treat Card’ work?
    For every £1 spent on a hair or beauty service you will automatically collect 1 point. You can then use these points to purchase products in the salon such as Alumier MD, Decléor, Eve Taylor, CND Vinylux, Spongellé, ARRAN Sense of Scotland, Wella, Sebastian Professional, NIOXIN, GHD, Cloud Nine, Mii Cosmetics, Delilah Cosmetics etc. Each product has a point valuation and you must have the full number of points required to be able to purchase the product using your ‘Treat Card’.

Gents Loyalty Card
Our Gents Loyalty Card offers discounts on future appointments for clients who regularly use our barbering service.

  • How does the ‘Gent Loyalty Card’ work?
    When you use our barbering services you will be given a dated stamp . Once you have collected 6 stamps you will receive your 6th hair cut for free. The ‘Gents Loyalty Card’ cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to use by one person only.
  • What is the expiration date on my ‘Gents Loyalty Card’?
    Your card will start on the date given of the first stamp. You will then have 12 months from that date to collect the stamps.
