Sutherlands Hair & Beauty will be launching ‘Online Consultation Forms’ for both existing and new clients. Our new ‘Online Consultation Forms’ are tailored specifically to each hair or beauty treatment you undertake with us. Forms will be sent to you in advance of your upcoming appointment. The health and safety of our clients is our top priority and in order to comply with regulations all our clients are asked to fill these online forms prior to any appointment with us.
Our Online Consultation Forms will only collect relevant information required to be able to carry out your treatment and is GDPR compliant. In addition to standard treatment questions, we have also asked clients to answer COVID-19 related questions to ensure the safety of both clients and our employees.
At Sutherlands, we are always looking at ways in which we can improve our service to clients and hope these latest changes will improve your overall salon experience by speeding up the form process.
